Hey There

In our work together, you'll find a safe, respectful, and empowering space where you are heard and valued. I walk alongside you with empathy and without judgment, honoring both your past experiences and your resilience and strengths. Together, we explore your journey, which may include patterns of connection, disconnection, and growth, with attention to fostering deeper self‑understanding, empowerment, and fulfilling relationships.

Counseling can involve vulnerability and the navigation of difficult emotions. Anger, laughter, grief, joy, and tears might surface. I am honored to support you through both challenges and moments of growth as you move toward healing, connection, and a greater sense of well‑being.

About our sessions

I provide telehealth sessions in Washington.

Therapy sessions are warm, supportive, and designed to help you navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. We can talk about your thoughts, set goals, discuss struggles, celebrate successes, practice coping strategies, build self-advocacy skills, explore career changes, practice mindfulness...the possibilities are endless and shaped by your long-term goals and your needs in that day's session. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

Children & Adolescents

Child therapy sessions often include games, videos, stories, art, and play-based techniques. Sessions are 50-55 minutes. YES! Online therapy CAN be successful for children, too!

Adolescents typically engage more with counseling when parents/caregivers provide privacy. This can bring up feelings for adults and adolescents. We can figure this out together, and I am happy to work with your family's comfort and needs. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

As an LMHCA, I receive supervision according to Washington practice laws. I receive supervision by Andrea Pittman of Brilliant Minds Wellness.
